In Afghanistan, 20 people were killed in a gunfight at a wedding party in Baghlan province. Most of the dead are said to be the guests at the wedding party, aged between 14 and 60.

Some 400 people were gathered for the wedding ceremony of a local Mullah’s son. Among the guests, two groups who had bloody family feuds started firing at each other which resulted in killings.

“When we collected the bodies, it was difficult to determine who were the shooters and who were not because I could not find any weapons,” district Police Chief Gulistan Qasani told Associated Press.
