Operation ‘Zarb-azb’ which was started in North Waziristan on June 15, 2014, to eliminate terrorism and to destroy the safe covers of terrorists, has come to its final stages.

In a statement released by the Inter-Services Public Relations, General Raheel sharif on the front lines in Waziristan directed the operations commanders to make sure terrorists are cut off from their “friends and their outside support”.

Army chief said, “these enemies of  the state and their financiers will not find a place in the country and will ultimately meet their justified ends.”

In the end General Raheel Sharif asserted that the success of operation zarb-e-azb and the sacrifices made by the army officers and men have been acknowledged by the whole nation.
