Former Pakistani Cricketer Wasim Akram’s car was fired at near National Stadium in Karachi’s Karsaz area on Wednesday.
Wasim Akram while talking to reporters said, “a car hit my car, I stopped him and then his guy stepped out and fired towards my car before fleeing the scene”.
PTI’s chairman and former cricketer Imran Khan was quick to condemn the attack. He condemned the attacker and demanded the authorities culprit be arrested and produced before court.
“I strongly condemn the firing on Wasim Akram’s car in Karachi,” Imran Khan tweeted. In his other tweet he said, “I am glad to know Wasim Akram is safe.”
