Imran Khan said he truly believed that he and his party, the Pakistan Movement for Justice, was going to bring peace and harmony throughout the country. He said that for 17 years, he worked day and night for a Pakistan as envisaged by its founding father, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. He further said that he had borne many difficulties during that time. People termed his wife an agent of Jewish lobby, and created false cases on her. He had to face a painful divorce and a split from his children who he loved the most. However, he faced all of those difficulties for Pakistan and throughout this time he firmly believed that one day a wave of change would emerge that would drive away the Status-Quo.
