PTI Chairman has taken a high moral ground and offered that his party is ready to conduct a re-election of the recently held local body elections.

Imran Khan said his party was not involved in rigging and was ready to conduct a reelection. “Should the parties agree to this proposal, we’re more than ready to conduct a re-election”, said Imran Khan.

“However, the election should be conducted under the supervision of army”, he explained.

Mr. Khan also offered to conduct re-election on selective constituencies where there are allegations of rigging.

“PTI will secure even more votes in the re-election”, foretold a determined Khan.

He also asked the election commission to accept its failure to conduct a free and fair election.

The re-election offer of Imran Khan has given PTI a moral boost. The party had been facing allegations of conducting rigging in the local bodies election.

However, despite being forerunners in leveling the rigging allegations, parties such as ANP, PMLN, and JUIF are reluctant to the idea of a re-election.
